Program Overview

The Casa Two Program deepens technical skills through structured Dance or Yoga instruction. Students begin refining coordination, memory, and independent participation within a consistent and progressive curriculum format.

Both options support physical literacy while reinforcing classroom concentration and self-management skills.

Class Length: 35 Minutes | Frequency: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, monthly.

Welcome Circle

Greetings, expectations, and readiness for structured activity.

Warm-up & Stretching

Dynamic preparation focusing on flexibility and muscle engagement.

Movement

  • Dance: Structured sequences introducing rhythm, control, spatial awareness, timing and foundation choreography patterns.

  • Yoga: Guided flow and pose sequence that build strength, flexibility, balance, and breath awareness.

Instruction becomes more refined while remaining developmentally appropriate.

Purposeful Activity:

Skill-building reinforcement activities encouraging teamwork and focus.

Cool Down

Intentional calming and transition work.

Cleanup

Independent responsibility for materials and space.

Goodbyes

Closing acknowledgement and reflection.
