Program Overview
The Elementary-Aged Montessori program offers structured, curriculum-driven Dance or Yoga classes designed to develop technical skill, discipline and independent practice.
At this level, students engage in longer sequence, more precise instructions, and deep skill refinement while maintaining the consistent class structure that supports focus and accountability.
Both Dance and Yoga and progressive and skill-based, emphasizing mastery, concentration and self-management.
Class Length: 45 Minutes | Frequency: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, monthly.

Welcome Circle
Greeting, expectations, and mental preparation
Warm-up & Stretching
Comprehensive full-body preparation to increase flexibility, strength, and control
Movement
Dance: Technical sequence incorporating rhythm precision, spatial patterns, structured choreography, and style-based foundations.
Yoga: Strength building flows, sustained poses, balance sequence and breath control practices that develop endurance, posture alignment and concentration.
Purposeful Activity:
Structured challenges reinforcing coordination, teamwork, and application of learned skills.
Cool Down
Intentional recovery and focused transition back to classroom readiness.
Cleanup
Students independently restore the environment
