Program Overview

Our Toddler Programs offer structured Dance or Yoga classes designed to support early motor development within a calm, purposeful environment. Even at the youngest level, classes follow a consistent routine that builds familiarity, security, and early body awareness.

Both Dance and Yoga are presented in a developmentally appropriate, curriculum-based format that supports physical growth, sensory engagement, and early focus skills

Class Length: 30 Minutes | Frequency: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, monthly.

Class Layout

Welcome Circle

Greetings and settling into the environment. Establishes routine and comfort.

Warm-up & Stretching

Gentle full-body preparation to awaken muscle and promote flexibility.

Movement

  • Dance: Guided movement patterns that develop early coordination, rhythm exposure, and sensory engagement through controlled, supported muscle.

  • Yoga: Gentle supported poses and simple movement sequences that promote flexibility, balance and early body awareness.

Both options introduce structured movement in a calm and consistent format.

Purposeful Activity:

Simple interaction-based activities that reinforce coordination and engagement.

Cool Down

Gentle calming movements to transition towards stillness.

Cleanup

Age-appropriate participation in tidying the space.

Goodbyes

Closing routine to reinforce consistency.
