Program Overview
Preschool classes are structured yet playful sessions designed to develop coordination, balance, rhythm and social skills. Children engage in Dance or Yoga, interactive games, and prop-based activities that encourage creativity, focus and physical confidence.
Class Length: 35 minutes | Frequency: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or monthly.

Welcome Circle
Greetings, review of class expectations, and settling the children into the session.
Provides routine and structure to help children feel comfortable and ready to participate.
Warm-up & Stretching
Fun, dynamic stretches to prepare the body for activity.
Full-body stretches and engaging movements to promote flexibility, coordination and body awareness.
Movement
Dance Option:
Children follow simple sequences that teach rhythm, spatial awareness, and coordination
Props such as scarves, ribbons and soft instruments are used to explore motion and music.
Activities reinforce confidence, timing and motor skill development.
Yoga Option
Poses and flow designed to improve balance, focus, and flexibility.
Mindful movement exercises develop self-regulation and body awareness.
Activities are general, safe and age appropriate, integrated into play movement.
Games
Reinforce skills learned in movement
Encourages social interaction, cooperation and teamwork.
Examples, following sequences, partner mirroring, or simple group rhythm.
Cool Down
Gentle stretches, and calming activities to transition children back to focused, reflective state.
Supports emotional regulation and prepares children for the end of class.
Cleanup
Children participate in putting away props and tidying the space.
Builds responsibility and reinforces routine.
Goodbyes
Short closing song or reflection to end the session positively.
Reinforces group connection and consistency in class routine.
Leanring Outcome
Gross and fine motor development through guided movement and games.
Coordination, balance, and rhythm via Dance or Yoga activities.
Social skills including cooperation, turn-taking and group participation.
Cognitive development through sequencing, following instructions, and remembering simple movement patterns.
Emotional regulation and focus through structured transitions and cool-down exercises.
